I remember having the demo of the first one on the PS. I loved it!
No idea if I ever completed the demo though, I just liked annoying the workman and the police officer. Also, I thought I was playing as Zack from Saved by the Bell. I know, I have no idea how I am still here either.

Man...loved the first 2 to death. Completed them both multiple times over the years on different platforms (even iPhone!). Not sure if I ever finished 3 and haven't touched 4. I'm so happy they went back to the original style for 5, enjoyed every minute of it on release  heat from me!!!

There'll be a large helping of nostalgia at okay for a lot of people, but for what it's worth, the first, second, and fifth games in the series are excellent. I haven't played the second and third. I backed the fifth game on Kickstarter and am only playing through it for the first time now. If you have never played these games before, <£4 is a steal.

Not really important but what are the graphics like on the first ones? Are they playable on a FHD screen? Do they look half decent or just a pixelated mess?
I played The Shadow of the Templars 15 years ago but never finished it. I remember bits of the really intriguing story though.

I believe the first 2 games are remastered versions, so the graphics will be fine on those 2. The 3rd game will probably be the worst but should be playable.

Still got 1 and 2 on CD, superb games.
I grew up on point n click games, Beneath a Steel Sky being one of my favourites.

Definitely worth it. Like others have mentioned, I played the first 2 years ago and thoroughly enjoyed them. I do remember buying the first 2 from GOG when they had them on offer, but this is a steal.
In fact I'm tempted to make a second purchase for my niece who I'm sure would love these games - prevailing her patience wears through.
Good find OP. Voted!

No idea if I ever completed the demo though, I just liked annoying the workman and the police officer. Also, I thought I was playing as Zack from Saved by the Bell. I know, I have no idea how I am still here either.
