This site confuses me sometimes. Game and season pass £25, cold. Just season past £16 going hot.

Don't ever try to rationalise things going hot/cold on here. It'll drive you insane
I particularly enjoyed WWE 2K17:
- failed to go hot at £27.99
- went cold at £29.99
- went hot at £31.99
- and finally cold again at £31.99
Logical.

The season pass does add some pretty good maps and new game modes, extraction and sabotage are both great objective based games

Maybe they don't consider £9 for the base game to be a good deal.

Does this include all DLC so far? Any more to come?
I presume all the DLC is multiplayer only?
Thanks.

All 4 DLC packs have now been released and the season pass will give you them all

Bought at this price last month? Still good compared to full price - which I would never pay

Was it this price before? Says on PSN it was previously on sale at £24.99?...

Tenner for the PC version went hot this week but now having done a search the £25 deal was posted about three and a bit weeks ago so that's more likely to be the reason.

i have posted similar deal. 16.99 for PC season pass and I have got -108. where is logic man.

Battlefield 4 for £5.79 is almost as hot as BF4 and Hardline for £7.99.

I bought the Ultimate Edition for PS4 on Black Friday for £24.99. It includes all the DLC and a few other extras. In my opinion, even with all the stuff downloaded it's a bit of a rubbish game. I'll always prefer the offline story mode of games over online multiplayer, and I've played the "offline" parts of this game, and the multiplayer, and just think it's all a bit meh.

6 Jan 171#17
Why would that make the game with the season pass cold? Particularly when it had been scorching hot previously?

6 Jan 172#18
Well personally...I'd rather pay £10 for a physical copy...then the extra £16 for the dlc. Not a fan of digital games unless it's dirt cheap...and no resale value...

heres another thought.
this game is online only for season pass. therefore anyone playing this and want to get the season pass whould have ps+ right? why they advertise without for £19.99 what will they do with the season pass if the people dont have psplus?
thats like illogical.
i sold my physical copy of the game and purchased the ultimate edition as i quite like it, its a casual shooter and amazing graphics and sound. great for starwars fans, i quite like the deathstar dlc

So you'd recoup a few quid on the base game and take a £16 hit on the DLC, leaving you with content you couldn't play?
And it's not like you can 'finish' Battlefront. It's predominantly multiplayer.
But hey, typical illogical HUKD attitude.

Finally at a decent price! Nearly always £40 on PSN, save the odd 2 day sale which is easy to miss if you don't play every day. It's funny how many £10 deals for the main game are posted, but people fail to say about 50% of the game is DLC which you need the season pass for. Heat added.

Heat. When the game came out I was so disappointed and I was bored within the hour. Yes the graphics are good or at least better then the old version obviously. But it felt like a glorified demo like the first Titanfall. Battlefront 2 is a far superior game. However since the Death Star DLC has came out and the VR (although I don't own one yet, but will purchase by the summer) I am now tempted at this price. I just hope they follow suit of Titanfall 2 and bring us a more in depth multiplayer game (ideally levels and characters from every Star Wars film) and a good supported single player game with a decent campaign story. Done correctly and this could be hands down the best first person shooter..... especially as I am a Star Wars fan. All we can do...... is hope.
Force is stronger with this one and have some heat. (Although it should have been this price from day one).

I can't see them doing a whole lot more with Battlefront when the sequel is pencilled in for 2017.

But if i didnt want to play the digital deal anymore it's a £25 hit isn't it??
And "typical illogical HUKD attitude"?... Ha haaa... Says you moaning about why some posts have heat and some don't?... It was just my point of view... You need to get out more!

Yes, dropped to £15.99 about a week after XBox also picked up Lego Season Passes half price
Ouch, I "need to get out more". Well, I wasn't expecting such a mature, relevant response. Consider me well and truly silenced.

Is there no single player extras at all?!?... On the base game you can run around as Darth vader an Palpetine? Cant you run around as Chewy, Han Solo and the like?!?... Is there not solo missions on the death star or anything?...

I've taken the plunge myself and bought the season pass... When I have everything installed and tried it all... Will give an update whether its worth it or not...
Btw...not that I've got it yet... But did this get PS4 pro update?... Googled it... but couldnt find a definitive answer?
silvercondor
7 Jan 17#36
The big single player update was Skirmish, essentially two existing game modes (Walker Assault and Fighter Squadron) made available offline i.e. playing against the AI. There's also an option for split-screen multiplayer in those modes.
I've really enjoyed Battlefront, but can't imagine Skirmish adding much for most players.
