AO are perfectly fine with returns as long as your item has a fault - no matter how intermittent it might be (turning off, an occasional line on the screen) if you catch my drift.
Fault - Full Refund.
Change of mind or quality lacking - Partial Refund
As for this, its not made by Hisense. Only Sharp branded TV's sold in North America are manufactured by Hisense. In Europe they're manufactured by UMC. Personally I'd wait for a Hisense coming down to around £400-450 - You'll get better build quality, they actively support and update their TV's and they have a huge following on UK and German AV Forums.

Tempted. But I can't find any opinions about it.

Be interesting to hear if anyone has this or similar Sharp TV's. If it's Techwood rebranded then I'm not so sure...

This is essentially a rebranded Hisense. Sharp used to be owned by Vetel (who ran Techwood), but were bought by Hisense a while ago..

Tesco reviews seem to be for a slightly different model: 8461
Good price and 0% finance available. Shame it doesn't support built in Netflix or Amazon Video apps so no 4K streaming. Not a deal breaker for some but it is for me unfortunately when the similar priced hisense set does support those apps.

Does this code work on smaller tvs?

They expect you to return it in a good condition so they can resell. I think folk expect too much goodwill these days. You can't expect to send a used tv back in poor packaging and not expect problems.
