Saw some in CMK store today too...

Bought a 43" sharp smart TVs before Christmas. Good TVs but the apps are limited. You can't even get Netflix app on it.

Mine says it is fully up to date but still no sign of Netflix. It would be good if you could tell me how to get the app. Thanks

In case you were unaware, Sharp don't manufacture TVs, this is a supermarket tv with a Sharp badge stuck on.

It'll be made by UMC but the good news is that Sharp have realised the error of their ways and are buying a big stake in UMC or suchlike.

Just called my local, theres 2 in stock. The comments are putting me off a little, and the frames a little thicker than we would have liked, but for £250 is it worth a go?

​Hi, when you check for updates it should tell you the Netflix update is available. Mine added Netflix on first update.

Bought from Tesco £200 - failed next day. Can't switch on. They delivered new one. This still work but so slow on menu, options. Sometimes freeze - need unplug from mains. App market useless, dnla can't play any music or video. Only from usb read some video files. Quality even can't beat Techwood which was really better but broke down and been refunded from ao.com.

I have just bought this tv and cant find netflix i have went into settings to update my software but it says my software is up 2 date but no netflix can anyone help please?

Returned sharp tv to sainburys today got a cash refund nothing smart about this tv my hairdryers smarter!!!! Basically paying £250 for a tv with bbc iplayer the browser didnt even load mind it was bk in the box after haff an hour for a page to load and thats with high speed sky fibre through a sky Q router i get on demand throo sky dont need it on a crap sharp tv that freezes constantly and doesnt load anything! Paid £50 more for a 48 inch smart tv with wait for it NETFLIX, built in freeview, freeview on demand play which includes bbc iplayer, itv hub, 4od, 5 on demand, plus facebook, you tube etc & it has a build in cast option to mirror ur fone or tablet plus its a good bit of kit for £299.99 Happy now :smiley:)))))))) so my google chromecast is now connected to my "dumb" tv in my bedroom :wink: i advise nobody to buy a sharp tv LIKE EVER!!!!!!!!!!
