Are the lids glass too? They look plastic in the photos.

Yes, the iids are plastic. I have some of these and the lids on the round ones are really quite awkward to take off. The square/rectangular ones are alright because you have the lips on the handles to get a purchase from, but not so on the round ones. Much prefer the other style of oven safe glass containers with the rubber seals and clip lids. Much easier to deal with and give a better seal too (Obviously the plastic lids on either variety are not suitable for a conventional oven though - just the glass containers themselves)
However, depending on the sizes of these, it's a decent price per unit with the offer price.

Thanks. My old round pyrex casseroles - with pyrex lids - are chipped and need replacing. This is a great price for this set but i'll probably just replace the casseroles separately. Voted hot
