Please note that the TV looks nothing like the one in Currys picture. The one in the picture is a Samsung UE22K5000. I odered it before Xmas but was really dissapointed at whet I got!

Exactly my point. The TV in the picture is slick, has a super slim bezel and no black bezel element on the bottom at all.
I bought this from Curry's and sent it back and asked them to change the picture to the correct one. If anyone is happy with their purchase, cool... But I was merely pointing out that you will not get what you have been shown... It's slightly different as one of the linked photos above proves.
It's sad that Curry's don't give a damn about this as they have had over a month to change the picture since I reported it to them. Shame on you Curry's.
The model number on their site is correct but they have used the image for the UE22K5000 model... Which in my opinion is a far better looking TV with smaller bezels.

Does this have a headphone socket?
Looking at the listing and photos and it appears not! :disappointed:

I did this and have cashback tracking at 83p on a £83.33 purchase. I'm expecting the extra £10 once the purchase changes to confirmed. I bought mine around 7pm last night (ordered online at 4pm collected at 7pm), it took 12 hours to appear in quidco. HTH.

To be honest I don't know. My ancient old laptop could run an external screen at the same time as it's own one, so just assuming current PC will be able to do! Is win10 with 8gb ram i5 integrated graphics, motherboard with a ton of outputs. Had it build in late 2015 with latest parts for the time.
So I know I can hook up a second monitor, just don't know if given I'll only be using it to watch stuff whether I'm better off with an ips monitor or a tv connected via hdmi.

Quick question for you knowledgeable HUKDers:
I currently have a 24in ips monitor for work, looking to set up another next to it solely for watching iplayer/youtube Etc.
Am I better off with another monitor or with a tv? (will be hooked up to my desktop not an aerial connection of anything like that).
Thanks!

If your monitor has speakers and HDMI then you could plug a chromecast in the back and watch Iplayer, 4od etc through that.
Or plug an old laptop or desktop into it and use vga and the pc's speakers?

If you are using a desktop does it have dual display capability - ie two graphics cards / 2 hdmi or vga ports at the back? You'll need that but I'm no expert in them so not sure if it what that would cost I'm afraid.

Sorry not sure exactly what you mean, I'm probably being a bit thick!
Need a second screen (to watch while I work) that will run off the desktop so just like a normal monitor and ideally through the current speakers. As per original post though not sure if I'm better off with a tv or a monitor for picture quality Etc?
Thanks

Yeah I don't know what's going on here. But the tv you posted isn't the same as the one curry's picture. Look at the bezels they're about twice as big, including a big black bezel above the silver bezel which is absent on the currys picture, which looks instead like this tv as pointed out above: http://www.argos.co.uk/product/5416084

I can't see anything wrong here? I'll gladly put pic up.
Doesn't change the fact either their model no. or picture is wrong, as they're two different tv's.
