Found these pack of 4 mince pies gluten free reduced from £2 to 10p. Bet they're selling like hot cakes (or like massively reduced gluten free mince pies) so you need to check your local Sainsbury's supermarket asap!

Hang on.... isn't gluten the stuff that makes it taste nice?

I wasn't expecting these to taste good but to me they tasted fantastic! The pastry had a nice flavour to it and the filling was lovely! Pleasently surprised and would buy again!

"Sainsbury's free from gluten free...." Does that mean normal?

Just the thing to go with my quinoa and kale smoothy :sunglasses:
Bought a couple of packs the other day. The filling was OK but the rest was like cardboard. Tolerable for 2.5p a pie though

Great price but my guess is they will taste vile as is the case with most gluten free stuff?

Just shows how short sighted you are, the majority of GF stuff (as you put it) I eat tastes amazing, suggest you stop guessing, pick your knuckles of the floor and only comment when you have the facts!

What a pointless comment. Are you actually in the position of having to eat gluten free, or are you just here to troll?
I've found that mince pies are one of the things that do quite often lend themselves to a tasty gluten-free version. Hot from me.
