Accept it . If tesco haven't charged u tell them but say ur only willing to pay the reduced price u were originally buying for . If they agree fine , if not tell them to pick it up .

Has anybody who has booked the delivery received it? There is someone on the other thread saying they received despite cancellation email!

They can cancel at any time until you have the item in your possession. I can remember a deal a year or 2 ago for a crazy expensive graphics card where delivery drivers were turning up at peoples doors with it, then seeing instructions on their signature machines to not hand them over.

Is it legal for then to cancel delivery?
We made them an offer to buy the item, they then had the option to refuse. They did not refuse, the item was then passed to the fulfillment section (according to the tracking on their site) they OK'd . They then passed the order on the order on as being OK, without refusing the order or cancelling the order.
It was sent to the delivery section to confirm delivery. They notified customers of delivery.
Then they cancelled orders.
Surely they should have cancelled at the 1st or 2nd stage. But they accepted the orders and even went to delivery stage.
So they had agreed to the contract to supply?

Cancelled. Oh well, i'd assumed it would be but worth a shot.

Idiots have cancelled my order as well after confirming delivery, bunch of muppets.

My order has been cancelled. apparently the "made a mistake" so don't get too over excited everyone, I also had delivery confirmed before this.

​it would be nice to know if this was a definite, or even if it's easy enough to do myself. don't want to be stuck with it left outside my door. all this is assuming they honour it anyways

Tried to book delivery last night , got an error message to call their call centre . Rang this morning and they said orders from tesco had been cancelled

Great, didn't know that. The message I received was that I had to check it would fit based on the dimensions of the fridge. Oh well.

They usually take the doors off from the fridge/freezer if it doesn't fit through your home door.

Exactly the same for me. Had delivery scheduled for Monday. Measured up and door is 2cm too small to fit fridge through so had to cancel. Gutted.

I've had delivery arranged. Even had an offer for delivery tomorrow, but had to choose a later date. Hoping nothing gets cancelled before then.

Got mine confirmed for 26th! Black one. Amazing its selling for £729 right now.

This was a fab deal that I didn't see and was going to post about. I ordered the red, kept going up to full price at check out so I called them, sent them a screen dump. They asked if I'd gone through a google link as it was showing that price there. I said no I've a Tesco Direct bookmark on my phone....long story cut short If i'd actually purchased it and it went through full price they'd have refunded the £500 as I had a screen shot which I was asked to email. Was on their system as full price. Anyway got nowhere, came off phone after getting cut off and reconnected around 30 mins later to find toys feed and some lucky peops managed to get at that price while I was on the phone. :disappointed:

i managed to get one, but on looking at the measurements and measuring my door ways its a few cm too blinking big :disappointed:

I swear Tesco's do this on purpose to get extra vists to their site. If they cancel the orders, or sell at full price and 1 person doesnt cancel, thats 1 extra sale they wouldnt have had if not for the mess up.

I could believe it being a genuine error if 1 item was affected, but too many in one go to be an accident.

So i'm cynical, yes. :man: So i'm annoyed i missed out, yes. :disappointed: But i do genuinely hope everyone who managed to order gets their orders fulfilled. Good luck guys.

The WD at the end must mean water dispenser. There is another on site without it, and the picture shows no dispenser.

The dispenser reservoir looks quite discrete on the inside of the door though.
