Likewise you silly little turd.
Nobody gives a damn about your one time anecdotal experience with an unrelated pre-order at Smyths where you were too stupid to have the funds on a card that you needed to pre-order with.
Now wind your neck in and calm the aggro down.

Smyths are **** and wont preorder from them again. I preordered for colelction instore as their website said, pay when you collect in store. I chose that option as i dont get paid till tomorrow. I then get an email yesterday saying my card had failed, well duh, theres no money in it. so what their website says is ****. They tried to take payment before i collected it.
I contacted customer service who fed me some **** that it wasnt to take payment it was a card capture? talking out his backside as the link wnats me to purchase or the preorder is cancelled. So they go back on what their website states, I now have to pay full price for it. Terrible customer service.

Thank you, I ended up trading Robinson and here they lie in because of that, the smell of the new rubber around the vr kinda went hand in hand with it all too lol , only a couple of physical games left now, just downloaded werewolves within..

It's not something that interest me, but I did enjoy ubisofts other vr game eagle flight.

Got pretty good VR legs but going with the smooth rotation gives me a slight wobble (as did robinson the journey) so i went with the 30 degree snap.
That's where the vive shines, I have no motion sickness. Well once in over 200 games.
The one that did was some daft roller coaster style sim, like them balls you sit in and they shoot you up in the air.
That had me sweating like mad and feeling ill.
Must be a refresh rate with psvr? I'm using the pro as well and both them games did that on smooth :-/
It gives like a blur effect, snap doesn't give a blur effect though.

Mine arrived today.
God it's atmospheric in VR.
I've had turn it off for a bit. I'll be buying it again next year when it comes out for the vive due to how much better and clearer it is.
Hopefully will have roomscale and motion controllers added as well.

so im a little concerned about the crappy reviews this company has on trust pilot, overwhelmingly negative and predominantly one star and all relate to service...., wouldnt expect this to go smoothly....

There's a candle available online meant to smell like the house in the game... personally wouldn't risk having a lit candle in the same room when you've got the headset on and headphones in! Hmm why am I feeling warm all of a sudden?

Different people react differently to PSVR in terms of motion sickness. I've never had a problem with it and have been happily playing it for long sessions since I got it on launch day.

I think you can change them , it's to prevent motion sickness I believe

In options theres an option to alter it you need to change to smooth then it loses the myst style movement.

This is the game that MADE me make the purchase of the PSVR. I'm pretty big on horror experiences, films and games, they don't affect me at all, I was almost laughing my head off when I was being dragged through dungeons and prisons in the pitch black (Galleries of Justice).
However, the kitchen demo had me genuinely scared. Just goes to show how 'real' Virtual Reality can look, if done properly. I think I may pre-order the candle to give it an extra dimension of realness! Nappies at the ready......

You're gunna barf, it's fairly high on the nausea scale unless you've broken yourself in. I recommend short play sessions and as soon as you don't feel quite right, STOP!
Honestly, you'll want to keep playing thinking it'll subside but it doesn't and you end up paying for it and may put you off wanting to get back to it so soon.

I've completed the demo a few times and if your a fan of the recent resident evil mechanics. Or the old style third person view point then this will feel like a completely different game. Towards the end of resident evil it became a bit silly and didn't feel at all scary. For me this is a complete remake from scratch and for once feels scary and builds tension well. This game is similar to Outlast if you've ever played that. Regardless give either a try (demo) from the online store. For me this could potentially be the best resident evil since code Veronica. Let alone if you have a PS4 with VR (or intention of getting it) it will be even more awesome. VR works perfectly with horror and it's scientific fact that it will increase your pulse and appear more scary with being more immersed.

I thought both RE5 and RE6 was gash and I tried playing RE6 on PS4 last year and it was just awful. RE4 is so good though, I bought it for around a tenner on PS4 and got 50 hours of gameplay out of it.
