Some products I can understand there being loads of refurbished stuff around for, but a "deluxe" electric clothes airer wouldn't be one of them as you'd have to wonder what they had to fix on the mountain of returns they got.

Wouldn't it just burn the clothes across the middle ....

Are these energy efficient. I usually use the doors for drying towels and sheets and the dryer once twice a week for everything else?

I did the maths (search my threat about it) and I wouldn't say it makes a massive saving

Reluctant to buy grade B as it "may have non-essential parts missing"

it not worth the hassle. I lean it against the drawers. only pulled it out for the pic
I can vouch for the sheet over the top!works a treat and cheaper than the cover!

Thanks. I will look into getting one of those. Might try a sheet over the top in the meantime

I've had the 3 tier standard size one for 3 years. Bought it brand new with 20% off. Still going fine. Doesn't get very hot and you need to lie clothes flat on it to dry; but still wouldn't be without it. Would take forever to dry washing if you hung one item per bar as suggested in the photos. Going to order a refurb one off eBay now. Thanks OP!

Clothes dry even quicker when you buy the cover that goes with it=can hang one item of clothing per bar

I ordered the older cheaper model (£46.49) also on E-bay Lakeland shop, back 10 months ago. I wouldn't be without it and still working well. Heated added!

bought one 9 months ago. it's leaning to the side and only dries clothes touching the bars. still worth it. also heats up the room too
