I personally prefer to buy car seats I can physically take back if there's a problem so have opted for Halfords.
This car seat is currently reduced to £135 from £165 but only in black. This is also the mp3/iphone/ipad model which has speakers in the headrest and includes the cable to attach to the seat.
To get the car seat for £108, you can either use saferseat to receive a further 20% off in exchange for an old backless booster or go via topcashback and use B17CS02 to also receive 20% off (The latter excludes Maxi Cosi) and 3.45% cashback.
Please note that the codes can not be stacked.

How did you possibly get a seatfix one for £67.20 or even £82.20?

Code works without topcashback if that helps anyone without an account

Great seat, well worth the money. I managed to pick a couple up for £120 last year after a lot of shopping around. This is a great price.

I found an old post. Amazon had priced up the SeatFix wrong. Deal was honoured for some and compo given.. Gutted I missed it as need two

they're very wide! we have a Ford SMax with 3 individual seats and they overhung the seat by a good couple of inches meaning we wouldn't have been able to get another seat in the middle. If niece is old/big enough not to need any type of seat anymore I would think they'd be too big to fit in between.

Ah no chance for me then as my middle seat isn't even a full one!...Thanks for the info though.

i think amazom messed up black friday and put the none seatfix price on the seatfix so £82.20. it was on hotdeals. they all got cancelled saying they wont get them back in stock but then it had on in stock 24th december. I complained to a manager and he said if if order another one for £141 he will change the price. I had a code to get it for £82.20 and it had £15 oustanding after they edited the price to £82.20, i got them to add the £15 voucher on top lol. £67.20 i paid in the end and 4 months free prime for messign me about. It didnt get delivered again from 24th December and then they eventually delivered it 2 days ago. a mate at work got the saem but he didnt get the additional £15 discount

the width of these seats is why its so safe. huge padding for side impact.

we have 2 of these and they're great.............apart from the speakers in the headrests. So quiet that the kids cant hear anything that's played through them. If anyone knows of a way to modify this please let me know.

They're designed to prevent hearing damage, there will be a resistor in there somewhere which you would need to remove.
It's a good seat, we have the seat-fix version for which I paid £62. Limitations are the lack of recline though it is flexible and achieves the same angle as your rear seat.
For those moving up in to this seat, particularly those you're worried that may other escape, or need additional safety I'd recommend this:
I use a recaro pushchair and it's well made and wanted this seat but never on offer.Ended up going for the graco nautilus due to storage and bottle holder.Still a great seat from people who know what their doing.

Turn up whatever source you are using to play them? Like an iPod turn it up. It goes loud enough I can here it in the driving seat

Depends on the device. My Nexus 7 is nowhere near as loud as my phone from the headphone jack.
Like I said, there's a resistor as is common in all children's headphones.

Different story for me in that one.
Amazon outright lied to me about availability, when proved wrong lied to try and cover that too, and to top it off left it as 'we don't care, no more comments'

And just to add. mine wasn't even a mistake on black Friday. it was just ordered normally at the price it stated at the time.

Just ask to speak to manager . If you go on long enough they will honour it. I have prime so not sure if that made a difference. Got a call back within minutes of filling in a very bad call feedback email.
