Went to pick up one of these this morning as cheapest local price and was expecting to pay £14 for one.
Anyway my local store had them marked up at £4.36 which I didn't quite believe so took one to till to scan thinking it was a misprice. Scanned at that so went and picked up 4 more lol!
They had about 10 left after I took my 5 in my local store. Didn't think there was much margin in to sell on eBay...
No doubt store specific but worth a look.

Do you have a picture of the receipt please? Can get my local store to price match them then.

I thought I had explained that in my ."short story alert", and am regularly lambasted for my 'overly wordy' posts, so kept it succinct
all that said, "accepted! " (a refeshing response, thank you.)
Back to the awsome deal...did anyone else actually get it??

You really do have a chip on your shoulder dontcha... Well in that case sorry to have upset you, :disappointed: as mmachine said ...I need a whole bunch more of these to complete my storage rack so if I can pick up 10 at half price, Damn right I'm going to.. by your reckoning, I need say 16 but we'll call it 10, you want me to only buy 9 and leave one? so now I have an incomplete storage rack ... or is it ok for m e to drive round and try and find another store with them in?
I'm far from **** you Jack I'm alright, but I'll leave you to your naivety, and hope you find some for yourself

And you know for a fact that person only wanted them all for profit?
I could do with about 20 for various purposes round the house. If I bought 10 does that make me greedy? especially if I only had money for say 5 at normal price?
Wind your neck in. I hate scalpers but at least find real ones first.

that is not the point, the point is the original poster said he had found 10 boxes in his store and bought 5,then someone said well if that was me i would have bought all 10,if you cannot see that as being greedy then i cannot help you,by the way your last name is not head is it,if so your first name must be dick

I am (not) surprised that this deal has reached 244 degrees yet there is no mention of any store actually having the item at this price, even the OP has not posted the store he/she bought them from.

Yes because they would drive round every store, buying up everything. What does the first M stand for? Does it rhyme with boron?
My Kitchen has 4 GU10 light bulbs. If I found 4 cheap Philips Hue bulbs and bought all 4 in my local store but knew another store had 3. Should I buy 2 in my local and go buy the other 2 elsewhere? Don't let the mental strain hurt you.

Likewise, if possible, would be appreciated  always worth a punt, though if it has the reduced marker on it I have had them refuse with the Worx tools last month.

You are not Kidding.... The last time I bought them from B&Q @£20 for the 84L box with 4 smaller boxes included, the last 3 sets had clearly been left outside on a pallet and were filthy, including the obligatory Bird poop.... , but only on the outside and nothing a quick disinfectant wash couldn't cure

What an Ignorant statement? why exactly do you feel if I stumble on a bargain for something I need That I should 'leave it for someone else??' why is anyone else more deserving of a bargain than I am?? Please tell....
Short story alert.....
I happen to have just treated myself to a new shed after years of needing the space I finally have the space for tidy storage and a particular need for these RUB boxes as they stack well and do the Job I'm after, but they are quite expensive when you need a lot of them, so why exactly shouldn't i purchase them when I get the opportunity at a bargain price?
No-one is talking about reselling?? so keep your 'Greedy' comments to yourself, thank you...

the 64l ones are real Really Usefull brand boxes and anything £10 and below is an amazing price for these quality boxes, but the 62l "really usefull boxes" mentioned in that other homebase thread aren't anywhere near the same quality and not such a great deal.

This was discussed in another thread - are you sure they're the RU brand, and not Homebase deliberately using the phrase "really useful"?

Yeah, wouldn't make a trip but if you are going anyway or in the area it's worth popping in.
May be worth calling ahead as I actually asked in store for Really useful boxes and the guy was adamant they didn't have any in!
