Went for one of the tiny packaway ones - didn't realise you could click and collect at Asda - thats handy.
How are they for returns - I'm guessing you can't take them back to the nearest Asda and send them back for free? (Obviously not for this bag!!)

Personally, I couldn't see myself wearing one of these on a bike with no ventilation on the back, I know that I'd end up getting really hot and sweaty. I bought the tiny foldaway one for times when I end up buying something but dont have a bag. I think I'm gonna try and tape it under my seat.

you will notice i have posted 4 options of bag from 5L to 17L (packable, school, kids, adults etc),
the last time the pictured bag was listed did not include free click and collect postage to your nearest asda store which is applicable to all decathlon deals, hence it covers 100% of the population rather than a 60-80 mile round trip for myself and others.
this is a relatively new offering, as far as I'm aware and definately since the last time this was posted

Hell no! You need a waist/hip belt to stop it bouncing around all over, unless you want to cinch the straps down really tight, which will pull the bag right onto your back and make you really sweaty. I'd go for something heavier and reasonably durable. But that's just me.

Exactly. They don't offer PayPal Express checkout - after farming all your details and co-opting you into their loyalty programme, they give you the option to pay by PayPal. Quite cheeky but then I don't think you could buy a 10L bag with this quality for £2.50 anywhere else.

Might seem like a daft question, but are these all waterproof? Considering getting some for Wintery walks in unpredictable weather.
whatyadoinsucka
12 Jan 17#87
Are any bag truely waterproof apart from the duffel sacks,
I would love a goretex backpack but I've not seen them.
These bags are made of the typical tough material you find on many rucksacks, water will run off, but eventually soak in, the super light ones will have the thinner nylon material that will likely water soak in faster
And also Many brands such as osprey make waterproof covers that do work too.
A light shower they should be fine, a downpour only a waterproof cover would keep your back dry

Would this make a decent flight bag - would it hold tablet, mobile, pack of wipes a few nappies, purse, travel documents? Or would I be better off with something a bit bigger? I broke my last bag by over filling it on a flight to Paris last week, the strap broke off. Running after the kids in the airport, maybe a rucksack would be better to free up the hands.

I bought one of the 10l ones last year. I was after a bag that wasn't too big to use whilst going around the theme parks in Orlando. I actually saw these bags recommended online for this purpose. I thought for £3 it was worth a shot and I'd be happy if it lasted the one trip. I was quite impressed with it. I plan on using it again next month skiing.
