Is this a new item or shop soiled?

very dodgy customer service at wayfair they didn't deliver a mattress I ordered and when I requested a refund they kept saying it had been issued and then there was something wrong after 2 months I spoke to the fraud department at barclays and received an instant refund when I informed wayfair

I chose the pay after delivery option with PayPal to cover me.

Bog standard price to me.

£120 toilet for £50 seems like a bargain to me.

Very similar one on Homebase's is 119 which I haggled to 95 now I see this , going to order thanks op

If you are thinking of long term (the guarantee is only for ten years and probably doesn't include replaceable parts like the cistern valves. These are usually proprietary nowadays, may not be easily available anyway. Screwfix has a selection (fitting most is a major job)

Mines arrived, but there were meant to be 3 boxes, 2 have only arrived and i have everything i need , nothing missing as far as i can see

1 box contained cistern and fittings
2 box contained pan and soft close lid
3 box ??

I got mine yesterday. Two boxes, just opened them up and everything is there.

delivery driver said there were meant to be 3 boxes, i bet they put seat in with pan box

Received yesterday ( yep seat and pan in separate boxes inside a bigger box. Well packaged - -item Looks good but unfortunately my seat was badly cracked

Seat - likely the boxes with pan and seat were stacked in warehouse..

I ordered last weekend with an estimated delivery of Wednesday. I booked a plumber to carry out the work saturday gicing time for it to arrive. when i chased the delivery on wednesday i was told thursday and when i chased today i was told it is now scheduled for Monday. the customer service is more than useless. saying they will call back and then not. yes this is a great price and I voted hot but what a poor poor service from wayfair. I would think twice before ordering from them again.

I discovered my pan was delivered cracked. Contacted wayfair and they sent the whole package out to me again. Can't beat that for customer service. Received second set today.

Installed this yesterday, looks very nice and nice to sit on! Thanks OP. Just need a sink and a mixer tap now!
