It's trying hard to push through in the US and Europe but it was always going to do better in Japan. Still the series obviously has legs and sold enough to warrant further ports west. It is pretty charming, well made (some pacing niggles apparently) and offers something a little different. People suffering from Pokemon Sun/Moon fatigue might want to hold off (or maybe jump ship to Yo-kai watch altogether dep on how you felt about Sun/Moon!)
Currently best pre order price around but i'm aware its nearly rrp. So more of a heads up. Release is in June. I've had a look and they genuinely seem pretty interesting games.
EDIT: If you are desperate to play these games right now they have already been released in Australia which is also pal region. You could import and they would of course play fine on UK/European 3ds consoles. Prices are generally about £33 per game.

Is there a difference between the two games? My little lad loves watching YouTube videos of playthroughs of this. It's release is a month before his birthday too.

Think this is a quid cheaper at 365/shop4 world although only 365 have free postage

They must have reacted to my post and dropped the price. omg i've reached influencer status.
hmm, never heard of shop4 world and never shopped with 365. Only know them for having lots of 3ds items listed but never any stock of anything! Another option for shoppers though i guess. I'll keep this post up for reference :disappointed:

I've been waiting for a UK release date for these. My wife played the s**t out of the first one and is now demanding that we each get a version of the sequel to play together.
