It's something to do with telling African women to give their kids formula milk instead of breast feed as they wanted to make money but no clean water where they lived so babies died

I think something related to this sort of story was reported maybe 20 years ago and the main problem was that the company lied to the mothers , got them to use free or reduced price Nestle formula milk until their own natural breast milk dried up , then hiked up the cost of the formula/powder milk. The people were desperately poor there , so its a pretty scummy thing to do.
