what's the hotel?

Good price but not sure what the hotel is. Stayed in a hotel the first time went - never again. Not saying they're all bad but it's so much more relaxing hiring a villa and works out so much cheaper than having to eat every day for breakfast and tea

Would never fly Virgin to Orlando again, very poor cabin service, arrogant and very old tarted up plane.

I agree, leg room is tight and god help you if the person in front moves their seat back! I also agree the cabin staff are arrogant, it stands out a mile when you fly with delta on the same day!

I agree with this 100%. Service was so bad made an official complaint when I returned.

Not really a comment aimed at this deal in particular but Orlando is a perfect example of a place stuck in the 1970's. The hotels are all awful, really old and made cheaply. Luckily people will put up with it to visit Disneyworld/Universal

Agree with the comments about the planes and cabin staff.
We flew to New York with them and back from Orlando and what a contrast!
The New York route is aimed at business customers and has a lot of competition,so new planes and freindly professional staff.
Orlando gets the worst planes and surly, lazy staff for the scummy holidaymakers.

I think a flight is a flight generally, I was expecting to be wowed by Virgin after people raving about it and paying extra to fly with them. The flight got me there fine, no worries.
Flew there with Thomas Cook last time, had to pay a few quid for drinks and headphones but really nice flight, great seats and saved a load. I know this can happen to anyone, but the Virgin flight home we could have caught hadn't even left England and was 9 hours late.

Who cares what airline or hotel it is at this price, would be a good deal without car hire.

Virgin totally missed our row for drinks. When I got up the air hostess had a real bad attitude without a sorry. Put me off. Also when went to Tokyo with them they forgot to load the kids packs (pens, colouring book etc) so my kids spent a 12 hour flight with only seat back entertainment. I do like Virgin but they are far from perfect
