So from doing a little research, the only way is to buy credit online and credit your account.

I can't personally find a way of buying Russian Rubles or Ukraine money from a key reseller, any ideas anyone?

It doesn't come up with a Paypal option for me for this one. Just refuses the credit card as 'its not registered in the same country'. :disappointed:

you might need to use a VPN with a Ukraine server. that has been the case for previous deals like this.
