Yet another price scam by Argos. If it was ever at the bloated 'was' price, it would only have been for a few days. "Please note item 4998802 has previously been on sale at the same price.".

Although the sale prices fluctuate regularly, I think it's the additional 25% off which makes it worthwhile on this occasion.

This Is out of stock almost everywhere, despite it saying delivery in x amount of days, when you actually go to order it says oos.

As an alternative I was going to suggest the Rykene bed frame from Ikea that I bought a few years ago, but they don't seem to stock it any more 8-(

It shows as 5 days delivery and then when you go to buy it, it comes up as oos. Shame... I wanted one. I called them even though I knew it was u likely, but they're not getting any more in.

I have looked into this and the rails are solid and panels are composite wood with veneer.
