bought the 9 pack of nicky toilet rolls for 99p in home bargains looks like a national deal, normally £1.99 in this shop

Went in my local and Nicky toilet rolls were the usual price of £2 for 9 or £3.99 for 18 there was nothing at all on the toilet roll shelving showing a price of 99p.
