Registering on the website for the £75 credit was a pita for me. The serial no. On the milk frother didn't have the correct format. Had to ring them up 3 times, still not credited. Both machines are great to use tho  (just don't put a single drop more than the max tho in the frother).
bought on the original deal delivered the following day. Brilliant machine registered for £75 credits and received within 2 days..

Turns out if you do the maths, nespresso coffee is at least 3 times more expensive than the most expensive ground coffee in the shops. And it gives a small Italian sized coffee, so really it's probably 6 times more expensive if you want large coffee. Heat added any way because I just bought one and love the taste. The aerocinno is lovely but there are larger milk frothers you can buy. So maybe you're better offer with stand alone Inissia? Tip: never use tap water for any coffee maker, use bottled water with the least amount of calcium carbonate.

They make a huge profit on the capsules I'm sure, plus it's not very environmentally friendly. However, I found I didn't used my ground coffee espresso machine much due to the faff, so Nespresso serves a purpose for me. Would get very expensive if you wanted a Starbucks size coffee every day needing 2+ capsules per day though..... although not as expensive as an actual Starbucks!

I managed to put a generic serial number in (anyone whose just bought the coffee machine might want to pm me for it  ) but no, it's been about a week now.

You will find the serial number on the base of the outer box of the aeroccino. It's printed in between the two barcodes . It's a mix of up to 10 letters and numbers .
Iv registered 2 machines now with no problem and credit being applied within 10 days

If that were true it would be helpful. The serial in the space suggested for myself is 6 capital letters- it's a known issue.

Had the same problem registering. Only received £15 credit. Phoned up and they said yes it was a mistake and allow 10 days for them to sort it

Question. Was playing with one of these in a Hilton hotel yesterday and even with holding the buttons down, I could get no more than 140ml? of coffee from the machine. I assumed you could fill a normal mug rather than just a tiny 40ml or 140ml bit of coffee.

If you run more water through a pod than designed you end up with a bitter tasting brew. If you want a large mug of Americano style a single press of the large button and then top up with boiling water.
I bought this last weekend and my credit was sorted by Thursday, no problem with the serial numbers for me.

My aeroccino serial number on mine was in fact 7 capital letters, no numbers, as others have said, it's on the aeroccino and the aeroccino box.
The one I got last year is 10 digits, a mix of numbers and capital letters.
My first £25 credit was applied 2 days after submitting the claim.

Great deal brough this myself from John Lewis as a customer return and still got the credit. It took two days for the credit to appear on my account. I then used the credit in the Nespresso boutique as they have a tasting area where you can try before you buy.

You can buy the aerocinno direct from the Nespresso website, there is a newer version available too.
Speak to their Live chat via the Nespresso website, I had the same thing and they said that the newer Aeroccino codes weren't working with the website and he gave me a new code to use.
