Got this for a similar price before Christmas. Very pleased with it. 1gb seems to be more than enough for my needs, calls, texts, browsing, emails, news and weather apps. - suspect a lot of punters don't do more than this.

Tesco mobile uses band 20 for 4g, and the US version of the phone doesn't have band 20, so no that wouldn't work for you.

Odd, still shows oos for me on chrome mobile browser. Will try from desktop tomorrow, to comfortable in bed at moment and phone is for the wife so not worth getting out of bed for :smile:

I bought one of these for the father in law. But he is complaining about the sound, it really is quiet. Is this normal? Motorola are blaming it on an update but I am not convinced. I have the Moto G 2015 and it is way louder

The os is vanilla android and not much bloat ware.. That's being one main reason for Motorola s late success..

i am running a moto e 1st gen with android 7.1.1, 1 gb works but it does run slow when you use a few apps. i would highly recommend you go for 2gb, at least you be able to put a custom rom in a years time.
