I like the quality, I have a few things which have been washed and washed and look perfect still, I just think a lot of their womenswear and menswear is really dated or generic rubbish! Loads of their lines look dull, dated and just middle-aged to me.. :wink:

I think their problem is the stores and merchandising. They look and feel a bit naff. But the clothing and shoes I've bought have actually been of decent quality. Well above Primark, not quite as good as M & S. So when a pair of real leather shoes is listed at £15, I'm in there like a shot!
