AO refunded me in full, because the wrong mouse was sent.
Furthermore, they didn't want to pick it up either.
Cheers

Weird. The CH logitech site quotes PN 910-002240 and an image of M185 with red top, but the GB Logitech site quotes PN 910-002237 and an image of M185 with red top same as AO, but Amazon and others attribute the 002237 model to the black top + red side same as you have received. And to further complicate: PN 910-003635 will (should?) bag you a red top in the States. Wonder if there is a mechanical difference in all these versions?

Thanks, M185 910-002237 was sent, but I didn't know the colour was different to the pictured product.
The advert was inaccurate.
And asked AO to return it at their expense.
I wonder if it is a packaging error by Logitech? Hope all the AO stock are the correct mouse for the HUKD snappers.

What's the part number? AO red M185 said to be PN 910-002237 which is red top on Logitech GB site. I suspect you have been sent red M185 PN 910-002240.

Purchased a few as I have the expensive Logitech mouse and Keyboard from hotukdeals a while back and the crap HP mouse on my works PC is doing my head in as the scroll wheel is too slippy.

Yes! What is the deal with the slippy wheel? I don't use mine anymore but was thinking slicing the wheel all the way round with a blade to see if that helps.

Good price for bare basic, but if you browsing ... (main thing apart from gaming and word editors) you doing yourself a favour to have side buttons to go back and forward.

Bought one of these last year from Asda, for £9. Even better at £7, and an excellent mouse.

Quite nice and tiny mouse but for me a bit too basic - preffer m325 with tilting scroll. Hot for the price :innocent:

Is there a reason you wouldn't buy the Microsoft one for £5?

Tried one. Didn't "fit" in my hand as nicely, and two-thirds less warranty. Didn't justify the £2 reduction.
