1.3m is the height of the ladder when collapsed. It can extend to 3m when pulled down.

Nice price, but I am after a full loft hatch kit with ladder, something with the hatch and surround too as my hatch is too small at the moment and I need to enlarge it as well as add the ladder. Just saw this too for £59.99, not sure which is the better buy though:
I installed this 2 months back. has been fine. I'm around that weight.
trick is to set it up so ladder is almost vertical rather than angled too much.

normally just screw in a couple of screws each side of ladder to joist opening above trap door - job done..just make sure there's adequate headroom above opening for ladder to go up..3section so it should be ok if you've got about 1.3metre height above.

I got one last year when the offer was on. Decent enough for our use, I'm 14st and find it fine. They are not the most sturdy or best in the world obviously but for the money they are fine.

I think it's a good deal but I would need to build an attic which would somewhat negate the deal. Heat for the price of the ladder though. :confused:
