In stock at the Nottingham branch (click & collect)
As much as I like Lego this set really doesn't do anything for me. Anyone else think it looks like it's been in a crash?

It's not the prettiest model, but then it's a Technics model rather than Creator like the F40.
I'm currently building part 1 (of 5) for this set and there is plenty to keep you busy, the layout of the box and information given is great (general info not build info). It's a very well thought out design, the inside of the box lid shows the history of the 911.
Very glad I've got it in my collection.

You'll find you're not allowed to criticise lego on HUKD, I said in a previous post that I liked both lego and Porsche, but had never seen anything as ugly, upset a few folk

Are you holding out for a heap of junk to come up in a Sabacc game?

Great! Seen any good deals on Flux Capacitors lately?
I scored a "deal" with Toys R Us but they have been HORRENDOUS to deal with following that, and been utter tools when it comes to spending the rewards I earned as part of the offer.

True, forgot about the recent third off tesco promo. It's still a very good price considering some are charging £280 @ the mo.

No problem at all, arrived as promised and redeemed without issue.
My issue with Toys R Us and Lego is that when you browse by brand the VW Campervan isn't included, so I spent my voucher on something I didn't really want, my fault in a way but annoying.

Mine arrived, but there was NOTHING technic in stock for delivery, and the voucher was no good for click&collect! Then when I relented and tried to spend the voucher on something else, the voucher didn't work. Then, the real fun..... TRU customer service. Calling them apes would do a disservice to our simian friends. So ignorant.
Whaaaaat! How would they get excluded! That's so odd!

And colour, both the white and green look better than the orange - in my opinion

1:1 copy. I bought the white with red details and a much better colour combo imo. From the 2700 odd peices, i only had one with a real discrepency and even that was minor. Basically one of the technik stick bits was wrong, the one thats meant to be used was missing...but there is one supplied that was 3mm longer. This litteraly could have been a 1off packing issue and no biggie as was only part of the hinge assembley not seen. If you do get the leplin in any other colour, some common sense is needed as instuctions based on orange teckniks car. Just a case of substituting orange with white for me and a couple of the other bits to cover the new red accents used. Another thing worth noting is the bags are not really numbered like Lego sets so will take that much extra effort, but overall...chuffed with it. Ohhhh, one thing thats bit dissapointening is the stickers. Perfect quality and that, but they dont 'brand' things, so whilst similar in design, wont have manufacture logos...has a substitute one. Real sticker sheets are only a couple quid on ebay, so if i was to build again...i'd get them!!!

I had that and they apologised and emailed me a replacement voucher.
