Anyone has problem with the delivery from Karcher outlet??? It's been 8 days since I placed my order and nothing happened. It said in the confirmation email when placing order that i would receive a email when the product is packed. so it's not even packed after so many days, when will i receive it then??

Good vac but keep your receipt I've had a couple fail pretty quickly when buying from their refurbished warehouse.

Had mine 5 years, niggles are that it's top heavy so easily falls over when you drag it around. When that happens it stops picking up and you have to detach the lid and re attach then it's ok. I use it to pick up building dust etc so it's pretty tough in that respect.
