£4, £5 and £10 per month deals now have data rollover. These are the usual cheap ID mobile deals but with included data rollover.

Hi Khanskiva, if there seems to be signal issues in your area, we would advise to use our coverage checker, to see if there are any planned works in the area which may affect signal. This can be found here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/uk-coverage-checker
Alternatively, if you would like to discuss any coverage issues you may be experiencing, please call our Customer Service team on 0333 003 7777 or by dialling 7777 from your handset. iD mobile

Piggybacks on the 3 network iirc, so anywhere 3 is poor then this will be too.
I left 3 a few months ago and would never go back now, the signal is **** poor in places, and if you're somewhere busy (shopping centre/football) then forget about it, no chance of a signal.

We had to pay for a new SIM card, the phone was used but from within the call allowance, so no added costs there. We managed to avoid costs associated with changing the phone number: the first advice was that it would cost £300+, as it was only possible by cancelling the contract, but we'd still have to pay the contract cost; later advice reduced it to £25. Finally it transpired that as it was a crime it was a free.

Hi, if you're on a GoTo plan, your left over data from the previous month will be automatically carried over onto your next months allowance, to give you a second chance to use it. If you have chosen not to carry on, meaning you have cancelled with us, then all allowance's and payments will cease, however you must notify us if you do wish to cancel.

15 Jan 17#47
You're right we should, perhaps it is possible, I would suggest it should be an obvious choice when calling customer services. Each apparently obvious option failed, as you were closed. That recorded message would be the perfect place to advise about emergency contact. To make it worse, come 8am,your systems were down "can you try calling again in 2 hours".

I left ID 14 months ago because they messed up the direct debit and then cut off service to the SIM with little notice. Noticed that the Direct Debit was still active the other day and cancelled it - they sent out a text today saying they've been notified that it's cancelled an we'll need to get it set up again.
Nice to see all this time on their billing system is still completely half baked.

13 Jan 17#43
Hi WillPS, this is an automatic notification that is sent when a direct debit is cancelled, however, this should not be an issue if you have already terminated your account.

Be aware ID mobile customer services are closed from 8pm, so if your phone is lost or stolen, you have to wait till 8 the next day to get it locked.

I know that some people slate ID, but I've had an excellent service from them, signal has been great (better than other half on O2), the app works really well and customer services have answered call quickly on the one occasion I called (to get port code).
The only downside I found was when you want to switch from one ID deal to another, you have to switch to another network and come back in order to keep your number, this is a pain however, it's only done once a year when current roll over deal ends.

I had a contract with these idiots when the iPhone 6s came out. I paid the contract off early and closed my account. I have just been refused a personal loan for the first time in 11 years. This is because id mobile didn't send me a definite final bill also no communication regarding it. As a result I have a black mark against my name because they didn't do their job properly. That have admitted this mistake and correcting it via experian. Their customer service is terrible, stay away, you have been warned.

I'm the opposite , I'm on my 2nd replacement pn sim and still no data connection on my Redmi 3 pro global, pn said it's problems with my local mast ! But I have no data even while I was in Liverpool city center! I also have a Talk talk and three Sim both data working fine, so it's not my new mobile it's pn/EE network problem! So I will give idmobile a try!
