Bought it installed it played it confused by it uninstalled it!
Looks like the price has increased on iOS, there was a link down the side that took you to both for £1.99

You can get I Am Bread and Surgeon Simulator together for £1.99 on the iOS store - just bought! As for the Xbox version, me and my kids are loving it - still haven't completed the first level yet, but am still trying. It's one of those really frustrating but fun games that gives you a great sense of achievement when you do something right.
