they wont honour it. They never do

wont notice if no one tells them,ordered any way heat and lots of it.

we have something to fall back on now. by confirming delivery dates we have all made arrangements to stay off work that day to receive delivery.

It has been passed to the supplier by Tesco as the product is fulfilled by drop shipping but it's nothing like a done deal, it's still in the automatic process and come tomorrow they will call there suppliers and reverse the orders I expect...

It's looking slightly more hopeful but nothing like a sure thing, if nothing is said by close of play tomorrow then that's a milestone imho

I would say their is enough evidence on emails and Steens hots of tesco status saying Ready to dispatch to force this through.

My order wasn't for this but for another oven with savings not as dramatic but still quite low so thought I had a better chance. However this has now regressed on the tracking line as back from dispatch to processing...thinking all these Tesco orders are going to be cancelled.

Here's a tip dont contact the "seller" i.e. Tesco if there is an inkling of a pricing error as I see you did to see what your status meant. You have alerted them to check your account however if they didnt check it then fine but you then say you bought one to keep and one to sell. Its up to you what you do with it but dont go bragging about it on here, it doesnt go down too well especially with those who missed out, just keep it to yourself.

I ordered a freezer, oven and washing machine
All orders have now changed on the Hotpoint site from having a delivery date confirmed to now saying the system is unavailable and my dates have disappeared.
This isn't happening I'm afraid.
I don't know why they faff about....just email and cancel and we can all move on.

and we have all thrown out our old appliances to make space for the new delivery

I have just reported to Financial ombudsman. You can't just take people's money get confirmation of delivery and have my tesco account as saying go ready to dispatch and call that a glitch.

If anything tescos process needs changing as they just trounce over consumer law.
