What I meant was. I got the standard reply of cancellation explaining the errors. but not the refund email. Which I did with the washing machine and got a refund for it. Did you you get a refund email also for the oven confirming the refund?

I've also just had one email from Hotpoint confirming delivery, don't want to count chickens before they hatch or anything, but that's certainly more promising than the email I was expecting to get! I ordered 2 ovens though (our kitchen refit starts on Monday, so the timing is perfect, and this has saved me around £500 if I'm lucky enough to get it!), but the delivery only mentions one... hoping desperately that this goes through for both. Even one would be good, I can always buy the other at full price and still make a good saving.

It comes with a moulded 3 pin plug attached. It is quite a large oven for the low power so takes a while to heat up but once up to temperature works fine. I went for it as it is better than rewiring the house to get a proper cooker circuit put in.
