During a pee, a healthy adult will release 11g nitrogen/urea, 1g phosphorus/super-phosphate and 2.5g potassium. If you can get over the ewwww factor, pee-cycling your own urine into the garden makes good sense. Fresh urine is high in nitrogen, moderate in phosphorus and low in potassium and can act as an excellent high-nitrogen liquid fertilizer or as a compost accelerator.

Wood ash is an excellent source of lime and potassium for your garden. Not only that, using ashes in the garden also provides many of the trace elements that plants need to thrive. But wood ash fertilizer is best used either lightly scattered or by first being composted along with the rest of your compost.

You have to dilute the urine and then spray it. Smell is one thing that we cannot do away with, dilution is the only way.

Take care to apply the urine directly to the soil, avoiding feeding the leaves and fruits. To aid in the absorption of the urine, it is suggested to dig up a small amount of soil and pour the urine there. Afterwards, push dirt back to cover the urine.

It will kill nettles though
