We have been able to figure out that there are some issues with DLC for this product. Unfortunately, the DLC is not even available separately as the base game and DLC's were supposed to be a part of the single key supplied with this order.
So, we'd like to provide a £5 voucher as means of compensation:

How do I contact them? I also did not get the DLC that was advertised to come with the game, you would think if the DLC is not with it they adjust the price/remove the bit that says it does lol
