looking for a decent tv not worried about the brand but have toyed with this one for a while, its for netflix, youtube etc, under 50" ideally. is this a recommended brand? Seems to have mixed reviews. Currently using a 40" panasonic 4k tv. Thanks

can anyone confirm there is an Amazon app for this TV please. I looked at an older version a few months ago and at that time Amazon wasn't available
Thanks for the links & info, rickryder. I'll read the forums, I'm pretty certain I'll be getting one of those models!

For those who are far smarter than me, could someone please tell me what the difference is between the 5500 and the 5510, other than £50?! Checking the specs of both I couldn't see much between them.
Thank you.

I would check with your insurance policy before you take out extra cover if your getting it to cover your TVs! Most companies insure accidental damage to things like TVs as standard with their contents policy, extended accidental damage covers for things like spilling paid over furniture/ carpet etc

Your username indicates you have no time for TV and when you do you will be far to tired to watch anything

What the what?! House insurance doesn't cover a telly for accidental damage as standard?!

Correct, why pay for unnecessary insurance? I wouldn't dream of insuring my possessions for accidental damage.
