same old deal on again. still a decent price for a TV that keeps getting fairly good feedback especially considering the price point.
I'm still waiting for a deal on the flat version.

Flat one at least gets some decent sales often....been waiting on the 65" to have another sale. Either that or the 7000 series one. Heat for this though.

not been a deal on the 3300 since I have had the cash to spend unfortunately. really would like to get from Amazon as I have some vouchers sat on my account waiting to spend, if I don't use it soon my wife might just spend it.

Yea I must admit I reckon hisense will soon be a force to reckon with if they aren't already - you'll soon know when they are as they'll put their prices up :smirk:

i am currently thinking of them as the new Samsung. when they first started getting big as a TV manufacture in Europe it was due to their value for money, they are now close to leading the pack.
as you say the prices will likely jump up a bit for the new models and then again for the next few years of they keep gaining traction and this rate

i would love to see that too.
If I could afford a Sony at the same size in 4k etc from a company with Amazon's customer service I would snap it up as I love my current Sony TV just want the bigger size and move current to the bedroom.

was £448 12 days ago, I would have grabbed one but was about to move house
The link to the firmware is in post #11. Once you download it, extract to a USB drive (fat32). Put the TV on standby and insert the USB into USB port 2. Turn the TV on and the update should start automatically.
The calibration settings are in post #41. It takes a few minutes and I've noticed a big difference.
You're both excused for not getting that one given your post counts

I got this a few weeks ago from Boots/AO for 454. Overall very happy, only issue is that there is quite an amount of backlight bleed on dark pictures:
