Yeah, they're a bit hit and miss. Same with Entropay. Some places just won't take prepaid cards. Try a credit card and report it lost. They'll send you a new one in the post with a different number. I do it whenever I need to buy something from a dodgy website (ahem)

Just tried my pockit card, got an unspecified error and told to come back later.

Waiting on the card to arrive, once it does I'll let you know.

Not sure that works, implies you can't stop anyone over 18 using the payment card for apps just for in app purchases?

I know this is very off topic, but does anyone use google family library? I'd like to share games like this I've purchased with others but I'm in no way willing to use a payment card that they can then all use without asking! I've ordered a pockit card to see if that works.

​What I did to get around this is put a prepaid topupable MasterCard on the family payment settings.

Try the Pockit card. Or just use an old credit card and cancel it/report it lost

Pretty sure you can enable family sharing for specific apps, just don't setup a family payment method.

EDIT: Looks like only in-app purchases can have a full restriction for over 18s, not apps themselves.
