My sister was absolutely gutted to hear the news. Saw the 25 Live Tour about 10 years ago (unfortunately had to babysit an inebriated sister which didn't allow me to truly enjoy it, but his voice was heavenly).
Used to play her Make It Big cassette to death in my younger years.

The 40 minute Channel 4 interview with Jonathan Ross is online here
Wham Rap and I'm your man are my favorites, unfortunately this does not have I'm your man on it I bought the 12" version last week on a mini Wham album with some lesser known songs, I'm not sure why they never include it on other Wham album's.

"I'm Your Man" was a standalone single (not associated with any studio album). Around six months after the single was released, George & Andy announced they were splitting, following a final (farewell) performance, & release of a "greatest hits" album.
"I'm Your Man" only features on (the aptly-titled) "The Final" album (in the UK; in North America there was another release, "Music from The Edge of Heaven", that has a different track-listing).
I am assuming the "mini Wham album" you mentioned was "The Final".
It contains the tracks:
"Wham Rap! (Enjoy What You Do)" (Special US Re-Mix)
"Young Guns (Go for It!)" (12" version)
"Bad Boys" (12" version)
"Club Tropicana"
"Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go"
"Careless Whisper" (12" version)
"Freedom" (7" version)
"Last Christmas" (Pudding Mix)
"Everything She Wants" (Remix)
"I'm Your Man" (Extended Stimulation) <- The 6:53 UK 12-inch single version
"Blue (Armed with Love)"
"A Different Corner"
"Battlestations"
"Where Did Your Heart Go?"
"The Edge of Heaven"
From that listing, the few tracks you may not be familiar with may be:
"Blue (Armed with Love)"
"Battlestations"
"Where Did Your Heart Go?" (a cover version of the originally released/penned Was (Not Was) release)
The "Music from The Edge of Heaven" track-listing is:
"The Edge of Heaven"
"Battlestations"
"I'm Your Man" (a shorter version with a 6:05 running time)
"Wham Rap! '86"
"A Different Corner" (with introduction)
"Blue" (Live in China)
"Where Did Your Heart Go?"
"Last Christmas" (Pudding Mix)

You're welcome, in any respect.
There was a recent CD/DVD release of "The Final", if you wish to complete your collection.
I think that is around £10.00 at various retailers at the moment.
