FH3 really does look good on a HDR set. Although you really should play it before Monday, if not just to get the full benefits of when you do see it on your new set.

Only the digital version is play anywhere. The disc version is not play anywhere.

I redeemed 1, 2 & 3 on the 29th December after getting this for Christmas.

Wasn't fussed about Judgement as from memory i thought it was crap on the 360 however i just went back and popped the code in to test and the download cane up as normal.

Maybe they extended it as so many folks would get it for Christmas? Less than a week to DL four full games is not a lot especially if you are on a crappy 2 meg (ish) ADSL line.

Does this have local co op. Bought both dying light and payday 2 for my son for Christmas thinking they would have this and neither did. Do games makers think people don't like playing games.together anymore. Local-coop far outdoes online multiplayer In terms of fun.

I said I did read the card. No mention of any date of expiry. I know there was a mooted expiry date when the game first released and I got my downloads for 2, 3 and Judgement last week before the 31st, but I'm just passing on to others that my copy which was bought on black Friday mentions nothing about expiry dates.

I have the code for Gears 1 still (already got it in Games With Gold) so if anyone wants to try it that needs a copy then let me know. It seems others have been successful though.

You don't have to download them. You just have to redeem the codes to your account and then you're free to download whenever you like.

All you need for this game is a left analogue stick, right trigger and the A button. Online is poor. £20 is decent though if your a fan of the series.

I tried redeeming them but it results to an error. I am guessing it is a region thing as they are xbox 360 games(don't live in the UK)?

Same boat as you. Halo and GOW (not God of War lol) has been ruined by Microsoft (quick cash grab). Microsoft are literally doing anything to make quick cash after this generation awful sales on their consoles lol.

For me Halo totally ruined. It all started from Halo 4 when Microsoft handed power down to 343i (worse developer in history yes worse than Gearbox Software cough Aliens: CM). Halo 4 was ok but not great, died really quick to be honest.

Then came Halo: MCC, the worse game in the franchise or shall we say the worse game in gaming history, should have been in the Guinness World Records and got a FAILED GAME OF THE YEAR award never mind GOTY! Was literally broken and unplayable for 7 months or so. As of today multiplayer is still not great lol.

Halo 5, famous modes missing e.g. split screen, co-op. Instead Microsoft got greedy as they wanted people to buy more copies of the game and the Xbox One consoles. If they put split-screen, co-op the game and consoles would have literally sold themselves! Instead we got turd down our throats saying these modes missing due to making game look great in 1080p / 60fps however game doesn't run in native 1080p lol. If the Xbox 360 could offer Halo 4 split screen, co-op then does this mean the Xbox One is actually not powerful lol? (talk about upgrade). Microsoft literally shot themselves in the foot with the Shotgun lol. Halo 5 campaign not great, misleading advertisements and the same boss battles with eternal warden (they ran out of ideas). You also play more missions as Locke than Chief. Multiplayer this entire REQ pack system is garbage and plus these REQ packs take a whopping size on your hard drive. Nearly around 100GB of turd, the game doesn't even look great in visuals and the game is not optimised properly. Look at Uncharted 4 around 50GB and the game looks stunning same can be said for Ryse Son of Rome.

343i and Microsoft are cancer literally. For me I ended up selling my Xbox One and every games with it. I'm literally done with Xbox, the route Microsoft going. They focusing on too much quick cash grab over what the gamers want. They going into PC market to grab some chunk of ££££'s. The brand Xbox was great last generation, this generation the Xbox One feels like it's more suited for business gaming instead of actual gaming/hardcore.

Microsoft are quietly going into the PC gaming side of things. Most of their exclusives on Xbox One are now available on PC, wouldn't be surprised if Halo 6 follows the same route. It also makes buying the Xbox One pointless in terms of exclusives games also Microsoft this generation has far less exclusives than last generation.

The Scorpio will be the last console by Microsoft I personally think. They announced the Scorpio for their investors/shareholders to keep them on their side. Also it's a stupid move, they already boosted about the level of power. Watch you heard it from me. Scorpio will release near around the end of 2017. Sony will announce PS5 (powerful than Scorpio and has more games even exclusives) sometime in 2017, then release it 2018. You think Sony will allow Microsoft to gain sales in the console market with Scorpio being powerful? I doubt it. Scorpio and PS5 will be the real 4K native machines. Xbox One S/PS4 Pro are little teasers of 4K for now, also gaming is the way to boost sales of 4K TV (which Sony have a market in obviously so more sales for them).

So yeah I'm done with Microsoft. Everything they touch turns to turd. I won't support a company that backtracks their decisions and alienates their customers/loyal fan base.

100% agree with everything you've written here and I've all but abandoned the xbox because I have a capable gaming PC.

I bought an xbox one in preparation for Gears 4, then they announced the play anywhere feature which has made my xbox a redundant piece of hardware. Even the Scorpio won't be worth the money if I can play all the exclusives on my PC.

I preordered the OG xbox and endured through 9 faulty xbox 360s, which was forgivable because the platform was that good, but this gen has been a disaster from the off.

Halo and Gears have gone from must play exclusives to soulless cash grabs. Halo 5 was about 6 hours long and was just bland and lacked defining gameplay modes/options which made the series great. Gears 4, whilst looking good and retaining the split screen co-op, was just so generic and safe.. utterly boring.

Personally I've gone much more down the PC route this generation. PS4 and Xbox one are both heading that way anyway, but slowly and I don't like being tied into an eco-system that could potentially mean I lose all my digital games when I move on to the next console.

If Scorpio is released and is immediately able to play all Xbox one games and digital versions of games that I currently have for it then I'll consider buying. Likewise for PS5. Otherwise I can see my PS4 and Xbox one being my last consoles.

Great price for GoW4 though. Must resist the urge...though I did love the first three.

The game itself is really good but had to wait 2 days extra to get it.

This game absolutely put me off Gears. Tedious campaign and inconsistent multiplayer. Been Gears fan since 2007, so am totally gutted. But I won't support a company that treats it's product's fans as a great cash-milking opportunity.

bought this a couple of days ago when i first saw this deal........haven't played it yet though as it game with all the codes for the first 4 GOW's so thought I'd play through them all first to refresh my memory, great deal

have to agree with a lot of the comments in here about the Xbox One being pretty pointless. Always been an Xbox man but this current generation just isn't powerful enough......had to rebuy Just Cause 3 on PC as the frame rate gets that low on it that its almost unplayable.
Xbox One - Lots of great exclusive games but hardware too weak
PS4 - Hardware better but serious lack of decent exclusives

The Coalition for preferring making profit for and incomplete game, with a lousy split screen campaign and no offline horde. So there you go the main difference between Gears creator Cliff Bleszinsky and the Coalition is that he knew that the best thing about Gears is playing next to your family.
