that is a great price for a truly brilliant series, i can't get enough of it. I had just purchased S6 for my parents on blu-ray, that was £30 and I thought it was a good deal but this is great!

I would highly recommend this to anyone who hasn't given it ago yet.

Not a goose chase. It's someone making you aware of an offer. You then look for that offer when in or nearby the location of that offer on your day to day business.

Not one user has found the items and complained they were a higher price, so I'd politely advise you to check the definition of a "wild goose chase" before complaining about the next offer you have to remove rear from chair and look for. :stuck_out_tongue:

Well, for starters I've been to EVERY SINGLE STORE in my area and none of them stocked it at the old price of a tenner. So your notion of me not getting off my backside is pure bobbins.

Also, I never said WILD as I've seen people HAVE got them.

As much as id love to get these, im a huge fan, think waiting til Xmas next year as in 2018 will be best or maybe a year after that to get them even cheaper but to get the complete boxset as the series will finish next year. A lot of the times, i have collected series and then when they finish, often the complete boxset is cheaper with more stuff included and a nice box or something similar.

true, definitely deserves it, there was talk of airing certain episodes on at the cinema as their just so big in scale, pretty sure most who have seen the series would agree on that.

Tho with CES going on right now, their showing 8k TV's, no point doing anymore than 8k as the human eye would struggle to see the difference

Thanks OP. Just got S1, 2 & 3 at Great Yarmouth b&m. A few S1 left, but lots of S2 & 3.
Nothing to say they were reduced from £13.99, but all scanned at £4.99

They have these in my local branch (Hyde). Picked up S3 Blu-Ray for £4.99, got half way home and realised I already owned it. Doh!
