Mine got cancelled too but they will look into it again just because Im a loyal customer (thats what he said on the phone). but i wont hold my breath tho. I didnt receive an email from them, only found out when I check my orders on amazon.

I too ordered this to go with the Hero motherboard and a long ago purchased Fractal Design case from Maplin. Waiting for a drop on the i7 6700k. Probably going to reuse my current SSD until the prices of a 500GB Samsung M.2 NVMe drive drop.

The difference will be slight. You may notice the performance more when you are gaming or putting the machine under a huge load.

For the money I saved I was going to buy a mouse (zowie ec-2a) will I see the difference in gaming with 32gb opposed to 16gb,ill be doing a little bit of recording and editing too.mouse or more ram?

For power supply I went with EVGA 850w GS 80+ gold, very good quality power supply. I didn't want to use my 8 year old coolermaster without any rating for new rig. Ssd I snapped on Black Friday 750Gb crucial. Now the question remains what platform to go for Z170 , Z270 or Amd AM4+

So far I've ordered a new tv screen, ssd, memory and a wireless keyboard. Power supply I dont need as I got a new one not long ago and its a very good one, EVGA suprnova 2 gold.
Still waiting on some good i5 motherboard bundles but prices aren't budging on those yet. Also looking for a couple of internal hard drives as well.

I ended up ordering this ram too, will sell it off. Before I get jumped, I only made one order for the 2 sticks and not a 100 orders! So I'm sure there is plenty for everyone else to still grab this deal.

I'm only saying this as I got crucial ddr4 ram 2133. 16gb kit alone costs around £80.
Plus this one seems to be faster than mine too. I dont need it as I'm already sorted but good for those who are hunting for a good ram deal.

Oh and another thing, I have G.Skill ram in my current machine. Been running it for about 7 years now without any issues.
