It would appear that the deal posted yesterday was a bit misleading.

One per customer, apparently. Enforced by the checkout lady.

Take more people with you shopping and get them to buy one each or just go around again yourself and go to a cashier behind the previous one you went to. I wouldn't let petty shop rules get in the way of gluttony!

It's a true story, so it doesn't make it sexist. "Mums Go to Iceland". In the store I go to the men have to work doing manual labour, such as breaking down deliverys and the woman work on the checkout, that is very sexist you contact them.

Will Uncle Ben be happy there selling his wok, what's he meant to cook with?

Over the holidays I received a Christmas card and when I opened it, a load of rice fell out. It was from my Uncle Ben.

How good are the woks? I wonder if they are the sort that will get rusty.
Does anyone know?

No woks get rusty if you use them properly!
A non-stick wok (probably avoid) obviously has a chemical coating (no thanks). A "proper" wok (which will rust if you use it like a buffoon) requires seasoning (or curing, same thing) and has a naturally non-stick type of surface. You need to a) never use detergent on these and b) wipe it dry and lightly oil the surface to stop it rusting and re-season it occasionally.

They rust because people scrub them (after burning stuff in them) and don't oil them when in storage, no different than using a cast iron grill pan

No point in using a proper wok unless you have a proper 1000degree burner to use it on, all this talk of seasoning is just rubbish if your using it on a ring at home on your standard cooker..
eave the seasoning to the chefs in the proper kitchens in restaurants that have the required burners to season and use a wok as its supposed to be used!

I think you'll find some people do actually have gas hobs?! If you have a pathetic electric hob you're better off not even bothering with a wok at all, so your point is basically moot.
