The shopping centre where the Swansea Toys R Us is located has not had any shops in as long as I can remember! I only park there because it's free, then avoid it like the plague...

I'm from Swansea and they are just starting regenerating parc tawe thank god so more shops will be there soon! Toys r us is refurbishing in line with that so they just have a mini shop there, which is better than being closed completely. Just a bit gutted they won't have this free set!

Hmm. I'm failing to see where you can double check the store. The closest I have found for this promo is in US/Canada based Toys r Us.
This thing called a map shows you, or even google maps.

Take your pick, there are 26. Are you in never never land , if so take Route 66 or follow the Yellow Brick Road.

Not giving much away, are they? Due to the poor service and 8-week refunds with TRU, my friends will NEVER shop there again. This is the only retailer with WORSE packing/shipping than Argos!

Agreed. I remember one time i bought a present for my son - a metal and plastic lorry. I went into the carpark and son took it out of the ridiculous over the top packaging but it was already broken. Went back to the store to return it (about 5 mins after buying it) and they wouldnt refund or exchange it. In the end i threatened legal action if they didnt exchange it, quoting the sale of goods act as the item was "not of merchantable quality". They exchanged it in the end, no apology. I have not shopped their since.

Train them young :sunglasses: independence is one valuable asset, especially for Lego :stuck_out_tongue: even though we build it and they play with mini figs

Nothing has been confirmed for the UK and looks to just be a US based 'Toys R Us' promotion at the moment, although it has been carried out in Hong Kong, so fingers crossed it will happen in the UK too.
