Since this is a Tesco direct deal I have a question I wanted to know.
I bought a pushchair from Tesco direct and collected it instore. I opened the box to see the item is not new and raincover is missing as well. If I call Tesco would they collect it from me and offer me a refund.
I don't want to go back to store to return if I call them would they pick it up and give me a refund thanks
