We need to boycott this daylight robbery of charged expansion packs. The more we show we want this stuff, the more developers milk.
Stick to standard editions, they need us to buy more than we need them to create expansion packs.
Let's start a revolution right here right now!

So this is the ultimate edition and it doesn't include everything? So not ever car, track and blizzard mountain?
...... so this isn't ultimate in any way. Sound ridiculous to me, ultimate surely should include everything. Especially for this original price. Not voting but personally this rubbish and money grabbing.

Totally agree, when you get a great game like FH3 it's not so hard to fork out extra for the DLC.

and the car past doesn't cover all car parks, normally just the first 6 like Forza 6.

Nah. I love game expansions.
And I also have no problem with supporting developers who make content that I enjoy. They aren't charities.

So all you get is some more cars you don't need, save your money and get the standard edition.

No, that's not strictly true.
'A big improvement over Forza Horizon 2's VIP Pass is that buying VIP Membership in Horizon 3 grants VIP access to other Gamertags on the purchaser's home console. That way, the whole family can benefit from a single VIP purchase. Buying VIP membership will unlock the content for the purchaser on both Xbox One and Windows 10, as well.'

You need to make his Xbox your home console with your login, he then gets access to your content.

No, you link the game to your account, cannot be used by two different people.

Just picked up the standard for £25 from simply games, cba messing about with sending back and spending another £25 for a few cars that are probably garbage after a while anyway. If it was £40 id bite but £25 for dlc is not worth it for me

Well to be honest I wouldn't bother pre-ordering any game now. You paid a premium for getting it before everyone else. It's no good crying over spilt milk. There is nowhere in the description of the Ultimate edition that says you will be getting all the expansions that haven't even been made yet. If you paid the full price you obviously had the money to pay for it!

Agreed, I felt very cheated after I pre-ordered the 'ultimate edition' but shortly after release get informed of more dlc that wouldn't be included. A disgusting strategy really.

I get what you are saying and I wouldn't have bought this for £79.99 but it's £30 off the price normally charged for this game. £49.99 is the price of the Standard Edition on the Xbox store.

Alright price, but apparently Microsoft thinks everyone has gigabit internet lines. Unfortunately I'm not one of those people and the fact we can't transfer installations is a real inconvenience.
