So you can play it on a high end PC rather than an x box

I got the ultimate edition a few hours ago when it was £29.99 after seeing a post on here, good job i just went ahead and bought it because like you say thats now been put up to £59.99 double what i paid, looks like amazon got word of the mix up and sorted the pricing out.

Have they fixed the performance issues I remember hearing about on PC yet?

There's a free PC demo you can try. Worked fine for me about a month ago.

Argh! Wish I had got the ultimate edition. Considering getting this and selling my disc based version so I can play on PC too but it's such as sickener missing out on the ultimate version I don't think I'll bother now :disappointed:
Don't suppose anyone has a ultimate edition edition one they would part with for £30 would they, look a whole penny profit!
Thanks appreciated, but seem to have already gone :disappointed:

demo isn't a good indicator as the pc updates that improve performance no end aren't included in it. on a gtx980 (non ti) I can get a solid 60fps at 1080p with mixture of high and ultra if that helps

That does help, thanks  Just got to decide whether it's worth thirty poundingtons to me. I've still got Dishonored 2 to play after all.

TBF the stuff included is a few cars.
I bought before looking but to get the extra dlc packs even the ultimate edition purchasers will have to buy either the tracks standalone or via the track pass at what I think is £30

Not that bothered about it in that case. Not really bothered about cars as the base game seems to have plenty, more interested in the extra dlc, which it seems even the ultimate edition doesnt have. Ill just stick to my xbox one disc version and buy the dlc when it goes on sale...

Great find, i have the disc version at present, and cex are giving £19 cash, so i basically now have the delux version for £10 on both XB1 and PC.
HEAT most certainly.

Did anyone else have to re-enter their card details when purchasing this item? Is that a standard security measure on amazon when buying codes? It seemed odd.

Yes I had that too, seem to get it with some digital purchases or whenever I post to a different address, don't think it's anything to worry about

I had to re-enter the card details too when making a different digital purchase on Amazon.

Cheers for the reassurance guys - the https pointed to amazon, but it still pays to be cautious!

This has now gone up to 44.99. Just the standard version at 29 now. Shame.

I think the Ultimate and Deluxe versions were both mispriced tbh. Someone at Amazon got their a$$ kicked.
