Fortunately you have an expert here, fish via evolutionary terms have been come more accustomed to the evasive ways of the fisherman via his camouflage techniques, all fresh water fish will spot the orange danglies on the hood straight off and know this is from Aldi, modern fish would almost literally weep at the thought (all 3 seconds of it) of being caught by something from Aldi. This is why I've taken to stripping off rolling in luke warm tacky tarmac and then putting my own sausage dangler in the river, almost guaranteed to get a catch this way, don't try this in night clubs though folks, I've not caught anything yet.
