I held off when it was £7.99 in the other deal so picked this up. £5.99 for prime members not sure how much postage is for non-prime. Says in stock on the 25th Jan so obviously not ideal if you want it right away. Amazon often gets stock in before the date advertised though.

Its states A/1 and B/2. Europe B/2 so should work fine.

The positive side of only getting one season of this is that it never had a chance to go downhill. Also a bonus that Serenity is a decent companion film covering allot of the loose ends.

I have a Region 1 Blu Ray of a film and have yet to find anything UK spec that will play it, tried Xbox, Playstation, Samsung Blu Ray Player, Panasonic Blu Ray Player, Sony Blu Ray Player... I havent come across anything yet that will play it. If anyone does please let me know!
Some Panasonic players have a workaround, I can't quite remember offhand, but I think it's similar to the Top Menu trick that works with some US Blu-rays.

Multiregion Blu-ray players cost a fortune, but quite a few Blu-rays are region free. You need to check though as many aren't.

The picture listed is the 2014 re-issue of the set, if the discs included are the original discs, the Blu-ray's are region AB.
It's rare that they repress discs, it does happen on occasion (Disney have done it, so have Arrow), but it's unlikely that Fox have considering the short shrift they gave Firefly.
