I've walked past these in my local Tesco Christmas clearance section and witnessed the price drop on them every few days since December. There were tons at left at £2.50, along with some Thornton reindeer for a quid, but they vanished as soon as it was posted here and people convinced themselves it's a bargain.

Who cares if people believe it or not. The deal has been posted out of generosity and the individual has taken the time to post...people should appreciate that.

Whilst sites like HUKD and QUIDCO generate revenue through promotional links, I'm pretty confident that there's a large base of Hukkers who contribute by making purchases, funding the site(s) and making a saving when they can. Without either (new deal posts and buyers), both sites would soon find themselves out of business. Then there are other groups of Hukkers who contribute through product knowledge or experience or those silent few who bring such deals to our attention by clicking hot/cold. Whatever group we may fall into - are all welcome.

Additionally, even on the rare occasion that some of us average bargain hunters find a deal, vassy, buzz or chanchi have long beaten us to it. :laughing:

£12 in my local and also in the clearance section. I asked a member of staff if the price was indeed £12 and she said yes. I then asked why it was in clearance and she said it had just been put there but they are not reduced stock. Would not pay £12 for these. Very overrated chocolate, maggots or no maggots.
