I'm really not understanding "farmers market" and "Iceland" in the same breath?

Iceland prices have started creeping up similar to other supermarkets though for some products the jumps have been substantial especially ones which were good prices. For e.g., Vita Coco coconut water used to be £2 till mid Dec now gone up to £2.50. Wild Salmon fillets used to be 600g which has now shrunk to 480g but price have remained the same.
