And is the plastic it is made of able to support acid without dissolving?

Have four of these. Used for house move, nicely stackable and feel robust.
Probably get a couple of bodies in one, if quartered.

I purchased one 2 years ago and turned it into a nature pond, last summer it was home to frogs, tadpole's and newts, can not wait to see them reappear this spring.

Nada, dissolves certain materials regardless of potency.
I do have an orange one of these, has it for years and keep just my jeans in it. Very very nice, and I'm extremely tempted to buy 3 from Staples.

Can't put link up as my phone browser crashes when I try to copy and paste but if you just Google 'Staples 145l' it came up in the first link that wasn't an ad, just need to scroll down the page a bit once you've clicked on the link
Thinking about these for our Scout equipment. Are they lockable, ie got a hole for a padlock to be attached?
Thinking they'd be great for the archery gear if they can be padlocked shut

its all plastic, so any type of lock is pointless as you can just cut through it.

"Hydrofluoric acid won't eat through plastic. It will, however, dissolve metal, rock, glass, ceramic. So there's that."

I bought 2 of these last year at the same price so I'm not sure that this is actually a deal?
BTY They're good but (stating the obvious) they are big/unwieldy to move around particularly if you fill them with weighty stuff!!

They're usually more expensive and so I'd say they are a deal... albeit a fairly frequent deal. I also got them at this price previously.
